Rapid Air Systems is the premier independent supplier of airbed systems to branded mattress manufacturers serving the consumer, medical and hospitality markets. Our airbed kits include all of the specialized components a manufacturer needs to convert a traditional foam encased bed to a market-ready airbed,including the air pump, dual pendant control system, air chambers, and the related tubing, connectors, valves and consumer-ready packaging.

Our mission is to strengthen our customer's brand names. Our complete airbed systems can be efficiently and easily integrated into foam encased production lines, allowing our customers to continue to manufacture airbeds under their brand names, not ours. For certain applications we have developed patent-pending air chamber designs and custom air pressure control systems, including pumps, valves and connectors.

From our Wisconsin Corporate office we serve an international customer base. Our Products are CE and RoHs compliant and are available in 115V and 230V versions.
